Where We Work

WWF-India is part of the WWF family, an autonomous office, with the Secretariat based in New Delhi.

WWF has a global presence in over 90 countries worldwide, with the coordinating body, WWF International, located at Gland in Switzerland. A specialist office in Brussels works on the policies and activities of the European Union, while a second office in Washington DC, works with global institutions involved in international economic issues, such as the World Bank.

Our work extends through the length and breadth of the country, be it in the far reaches of the Himalayan region, the arid deserts in the west, the swampy grasslands in the east or the coastal belts flanking the country.
